Five healthy snacks.  
 


Snacking on fresh fruit, vegetables and juices are able to all. But sometimes you want something to better fed, and there is no time for lunch. Here are five simple examples that can be undershot, as well as part of lunch or dinner. Fast, easy, and all the principles of combination products met!
A. Goat cheese salad, "Iceberg." Instead of bread, put the goat cheese on a juicy lettuce, sprinkled with his favorite spices. Juicy "Iceberg" cool combined with a rich taste of goat cheese or feta cheese. Goat cheese is easier to digest than cow's milk cheese, especially when combined with fresh herbs.
With this option, as are combined: dairy products, eggs, fish.
 


2.Toast with avocado. But bread is better to combine with avocado instead of cheese. By avocado add a little lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread this cream dried bread in a toaster from wheat germ or corn bread. Rings cucumber on top - and you're done!

With this option, as are combined: millet, quinoa, buckwheat, rice and other cereals.
3. Spinach and green beans with cream. Quick hot version, which is prepared without the hassle. Frozen spinach and beans, rinse with cold water and send the stew in a little water. You can also add onions or garlic. When the spinach and beans are ready, add to them the cream, salt, and simmer all together for another couple of minutes.


With this option, as are combined: all vegetables, starches (cereals, bread) and protein (cheese, eggs, fish).
 
4. Nut milk. Preparation of peanut milk is no more than 5-10 minutes. Plus it's a neutral drink, which is combined with other products. For a hearty snack mix in a blender with a banana nut milk or dates (but not when you choose milk as a dessert after lunch or dinner - then fruit / dried fruit is better not to add).
With this option, as are combined: if you do not add fruit or nut milk, dates, it is combined with any dish. Who loves granola, try replacing the usual milk on the nut.
5. + Avocado fruit. Smoothies with avocado - ideal when you want something juicy, but more wholesome than just fruit. Bananas in conjunction with avocado become quite hearty, but light snack. For example:
- Green ice cream with arugula (no freeze this recipe is a delicious mousse).
- Yogurt pineapple and avocado


With this option, as are combined: fresh fruit and vegetables, but after half an hour, and any other dishes.
