Cakes in the form shades of Pantone. Food as art in the work of Emilie de Griottes.

Master of Food Art Emilie de Griott (Emilie de Griottes) has created a collection of culinary delights for the French magazine Fricote. By publishing a special issue of cakes she made with the image colors from a palette of Pantone. The berries, carrots, tomatoes, pills and other goodies were the basis of plain desserts and passed close to various shades of the spectrum. The remaining surface of the cake is covered with white icing and marked according to the color system of Pantone.
