The company also claims that "the facility will comply with international standards, have sufficient entrances and exits to ensure the smooth reception of visitors. In accordance with the standards in the event of any emergency all visitors to the stadium can be evacuated in eight minutes. " By the designer of the project is a German company «gmp», the stadium designer - Swiss company Nussen. Near the complex is constructed as a media center in 1500.   The complex is designed in the world's most famous female architect Zaha Hadid of Arab origin, and will have an area of ​​52,000 square meters (building) and 111,000 square meters of total area of the park, a conference room in the 22m height, museum, library and park sculptures. In the Cultural Center will be located conference hall, three classrooms, libraries and museum.
