Lace flower. Flowers of the lace on the shows of the season Spring-Summer 2012.

The number of lace on the spring-summer shows this year would envy, even the habit of lace-maker. Many designers have brought to the catwalks of models dressed in lacy flowers in different shapes, colors and sizes. The greatest success in the art of weaving reached Dolce & Gabbana, Erdem, Giambattista Valli, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Oscar de la Renta, Preen, Valentino and Marni.

   With large flowers, like Marni, whimsical floral patterns, like Valentino, and even feathers, as in the show Louis Vuitton, - lace makes the image light, fresh and a little naive. But though light shades, and yet retain the advantage of the spring, they sure come on the heels of innovative design solutions: lace dress with bright fabric inserts (of course, also with a flower print) or a dress of black lace, covered with three-dimensional flowers. So even the staunchest opponents of tenderness and girlish images can, without changing yourself, stay on the crest of the wave of fashion.
